Returns, Store Credit and Exchange Policy for Online Shopping

 

We will happily accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or a store credit should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

Garments or products must be returned in their original condition, unworn/unused, unwashed & tags on.

Sale/Discount/Promotion orders will be Store Credit or Exchange only. We do not accept refunds on any discounted / sale item.

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty items

 

If you receive your order and there is unfortunately a fault, please contact us at boholanecollective@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order to organise a refund, store credit or replacement (where possible).

 

Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Boho Lane Collective. We will ask that you show proof of payment and we will include this with your refund.

We offer 110% Store credits. What does a 110% store credit mean? Well, If you choose a store credit for your return, we’ll send you a discount code for 100% of the cost of your item(s) AND an extra 10% to use on your next order.

 

Please note that as we're a small team returns are processed once a week, so please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.

You will receive an email with your credit details once Boho Lane Collective has processed the credit. 

You will be refunded by the same method with which you paid, excluding the original shipping charges.

If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process. If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.

You will receive a courtesy email advising once Boho Lane Collective has processed the refund.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in North Western NSW.

If your order is placed by 12pm, it will be dispatched the same day. If after 12pm, next day delivery will take place.

Regular (Australia Post) 

$10 flat rate - Delivery within 3-7 business days

Express (Australia Post) 

$12 flat rate - Delivery within 1-5 business days.

* FREE shipping for all orders over $100.

INTERNATIONAL 

EMS (Australia Post)

$20 flat rate- Delivery within 2 -15 business days

* FREE shipping for all orders over $200.00.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible.

 

LOST PARCELS

Boho Lane Collective offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
